RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Peru international striker Paolo Guerrero converted a 95th-minute penalty to earn Corinthians a barely deserved 2-2 draw against Bragantino in Brazil's Campeonato Paulista on Sunday.
Earlier, Alexandre Pato scored his second goal for Corinthians since his 15 million-euro move from AC Milan with a powerful drive after gaining possession while unmarked in the area.
Lincom and Leo Jaime netted for Bragantino as the Serie B club came within seconds of securing one of the upsets of the season.
Guerrero, who has already scored five goals from nine matches in 2013, said he had benefited from greater responsibility afforded to him by coach Tite.
"I have been shown a lot of confidence by Tite at training and that really helped me today," the 29-year-old said.
Meanwhile Santos, who were without suspended striker Neymar, recovered from a goal down at home to defeat XV Piracicaba 2-1.
