法国发现世界最大的恐龙脚印

They may not look like much, but these are the largest dinosaur¹ （恐龙）foot prints known to man. As six feet wide they are believed to have been left by the sauropod，left for us to see a hundred and fifty million years after they walked the earth.

Scientists who enter the village of Plagne in France say the discovery can not be underestimated（低估）.

(Patrice Landry:) It's exciting because not just fossils, it's also traces of life. And as you can see this pathway, you can see dinosaurs² walking on this beach, feet sinking in this sludge, making these ripples⁴.

Plagne on the France-Swiss border is a region known for its Jurassic discoveries, for residents herd⁵ has put where they live on the map.

This woman says it's liven things up a bit.

It's great, says this man, I am really impressed.

A particularly beautiful foot print, a palm, and then a finger, another finger, here a scratch（从头开始）, and then in front of the foot, the ripple³.

This isn't a find that's captured just the French press. Scientists around the world said they'll now help us learn more about a bygone era.
