《儿童启蒙英语》是一套让少儿在没有丝毫学习压力下学到英语的优质读物，让使用者通过学说话、做游戏，唱英语歌等活动的英语，习得英语，并在活动过程中对英语产生浓厚的兴趣，为今后在学校学习英语时达到爱学和易学的境地、为今后进一步学习、学好英语打下基础。
《儿童启蒙英语》由加拿大和澳大利亚儿童英语教育专家Nicola P.Gram和Elizaberh Anne Laukka编著。《儿童启蒙英语》由说话册和活动册两部分组成，其内容设计以强调学生的素质教育为出发点。说话册围绕日常生活用语，结合大量活泼生动图画，让少儿快捷吸收及活动，活动册则配合说话册内容，通过我样化及趣味性的活动，在轻松愉快中掌握所学知识。
