 A German court has ruled that the online video showing Website Youtube should do more to protect the copyright of musicians and publishers. In a case brought by the German Copyrights Organization Gema the court rejected Youtube's argument that it has no legal responsibility for content uploaded by users. The case concerned seven music clips. The court said Youtube should install filters to prevent users from posting copyright clips.

 

 

Bus tram and metro¹ workers have gone on strike in Rome to protest against austerity measures. They are angry over the Italian government's decision to change the law to make it easier to fire workers. They are also upset about the lifting of the retirement² age. Unions have vowed³ strikes and rallies to protest the government's plans. The Italian government is struggling to make significant changes to the country's crippled economic system.

 

 

 

Hoards⁴ of South Koreans have queued for hours in Seoul to be among the first to buy Apple's new iPad. The iPad Three has already been released in the US, Japan and Australia. According to Apple, its features include new graphics⁵ and high definition video. Despite competition, the iPad remains⁶ the world's most popular tablet computer. Apple has sold more than 55 million iPads since its debut⁷ in 2010.
