 Teltra says it's raising costs of many of its fixed¹ line and mobile phone plans for the first time in 9 years.From 1 of October, one rental² will increase for half of Telstra's HomeLine plans by between 2 and 5 dollars.The local course will cost an additional 2 cents on some plans.For mobile phone customers,cost will be charged in one minute walks instead of 30 seconds walks.
