The government has been concerned about the number of people who’d been going in and out of this, the 20 kilometer exclusion¹ zone. Well, up to now residents have been able to go in and collect some their positions, check on their homes and so on. That is now going to be curtailed², they’re saying that only one member of any household can go in and there’s a time limit of two hours. They are going to have to wear protective clothing and then be checked for any contamination when they come out again. There is also fence been imposed in, perhaps even jail terms for those who break the law and go in illegally.
