China marks Medical Workers' Day

 

Thursday marks China's fourth Medical Workers' Day, which falls annually¹ on August 19. Countless² frontline medical workers in China have been tirelessly fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. The past year has renewed how both healthcare professionals and the public see what it means to be a medical worker.
