Extreme weather sounds alarm for world

 

A report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says frequency and intensity¹ of extreme weather events will likely continue to grow in the future and climate change has worsened extreme weather. Experts say emergency management and sound disaster relief plans are paramount² at a time when abnormal weather events happen so often.
