My friend Cole has an amazing² new pet. 我的朋友科尔养了一个奇怪的新宠物。

A wolf. He has the cutest wolf pup. 一只狼。他养了一只非常可爱的小狼崽。

That's true⁵, but Cole's wolf is little. He's only 10 weeks old. 没错，但是科尔的狼很小。只有10周大。

He won't be small for long. He'll grow! 它不会一直这么小的。它会长大的！

Cole will train him, so he'll be a good pet. 科尔会训练它的，所以它会是一只很棒的宠物。

You can't train wolves well. They are wild⁶! Their natural⁷ habits⁸ are strange⁹ to people. 你训练不好狼的。它们是野生动物！它们的自然习性对人来说很陌生。
