(单词翻译:双击或拖选)
Amanda: Have you dissected2 a frog yet in your lab class? Mike: No, I'm not taking biology. I'm taking chemistry now, so we're learning how to blow things up. . .at least that seems to be what I'm doing, even if it's not exactly what's supposed to happen. Amanda: Oh no, what did you do this time? Mike: Well, we all had a recipe for some kind of soap, but my lab partner and I ended up making some kind of stink3 bomb by mistake. We misread the label of one of the chemicals, and when we added it, the whole mixture went off with a bang. It smelled awful and everyone had to leave the room. Amanda: Your classmates were probably glad for a break. But who had to clean up the mess? Mike: Who do you think? Me and my lab partner. He was mad at me because I was the one who picked up the wrong chemical bottle. Amanda: That's too bad. I love my biology lab. This week we finally get to dissect1 a frog. I hope my partner will agree to let me keep it. I want to take it home and put it in the freezer and see what happens.
