This was not one of those dreamy graduation speeches to graduates telling them to go follow their bliss1.
You made it. And you are fucked.
Oscar winning actor Robert De Niro was speaking colorfully at the commencement for New York University Tisch school of arts.
The school of medicine graduates, each one will get a job. The proud graduates of NYU School of Law, they are covered. And if they are not, who cares, they are lawyers.
It’s what graduates called the real world. You are experienced for listening to a part, or placing in a company.

Those of you who are graduating this afternoon, with high honors, awards, and extensions, I’d say well done. And I’d like to tell the c students, you too can be president.
