 Based on the hidden next royal family steps out, the prince George makes his first appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony of the weekend. Princess Kate's back to public after giving birth to Charlotte six weeks ago.Bob Wood has the story.

He is the new prince of Polo, enjoying a casual day in the sun with his family, proving the pant-size prince is already following in his father's footsteps.Prince George is just a month shy of second birthday, dancing with him Mom, trying his hand at soccer, a rare moment of Kate in the future king capture on camera, showing a family's legacy¹ is in good hands.

There's a new style icon², prince George's crocs and cartigan have already sold out. George learning the royal ropes as the nations celebrated³ trooping the colour,yet the official celebration of the Queen's 89th birthday.

It was the kind of Prince George's show on Saturday. I know, for the weekend,the Queen's birthday, however, all eyes fall on Prince George, stealing the show, already mastering the royal way, making his first public appearance just like his father did at the same age more than 30 years ago. The Queen capping on her birthday celebrating with her grand children, spending a rare night at a private pub, the wine bar.
