But those who had silent heart attacks were three times more likely to die from heart related causes than those without heart attacks during the study.

Those suffering classic heart attacks were five times more likely to die.

The researchers recommended the same treatment for both: Lots of exercise and controlling weight, blood pressure and cholesterol².
