President Obama told the entrepreneurs from all over the world, that he has spoken to Prime Minister David Cameron and that their and our financial and economic teams will remain focused on growth and stability.

He said after speaking with German Chancellor¹ Angela Merkel as well, that he’s confident the U.S. will remain close to its Euro allies.

I do think that yesterday’s vote speaks to the ongoing² changes and challenges that are raised by globalization, but while the UK’s relationship with the EU will change, one thing that will not change is the special relationship that exists between our two nations.”

The President also said that the world is better off with trade networking and communication, even as cultures collide. He called entrepreneurs the bridges and glue in that process.
