A woman tells her husband she wants to have surgery to enlarge her breasts. He tells her, "Honey，you don't need surgery for that. She asks,"Then how do I do it?" "Just mb toilet paper between them, he says. She replies, "How does that make them bigger?" He answers, "I don't know, but it worked for your ass¹."

breast和chest都可以指胸部，若想要明确地表示男人 或女人的乳房，则可用breast;若要表示胸腔，则可用 chest。
2.He tells her, "Honey，you don't need surgery for that."

3.She asks, "Then how do I do it?"

“then”在这里有“如果是那样的话，那么”的意思，它也 可以放在句尾，如：How do I do it, then?
