　　sting谐音：死叮

　　Dis+sting+uish=distinguish

　　dis-是个很常见的前缀，意思为apart，分开。dis-主要出现在c,p,r,s,t等字母前面

　　dispense² [dis- = apart 分开; pense=花费，分开花费=分配]

　　The Red Cross dispensed³ food and clothing to the victims. 红十字会向难民分发衣物、食品。

　　-ish：动词后缀，表示做...、致使...、造成...、成为...

　　Flourish：茂盛；繁荣 （极度地夸耀）

　　flour (=flower) 《拉丁文florere = to flour》flour+ish 成为花一样繁茂=繁荣

　　Few businesses are flourishing in the present economic climate.
