话到嘴边说不出？英语该怎么表达

你有没有过这样的经历：

在路上偶遇熟人，明明彼此已经打了招呼，但就是想不起对方的名字？

又或是别人问你一个你明明知道的事情，但是就在那一刻完全想不起来，大脑空白。

这种感觉很憋屈，明明知道自己知道，却又说不出口。在英语中，有这样一个表达，非常贴合这种有话说不不出的感觉。

这个短语有两层意思：

类似于你明明知道的一个单词或是名字，却在某个时刻完全想不起来
