本曲大意

整首歌是叙述从恋爱、结婚到生小孩是多么甜蜜的过程，每个阶段都留下美好的回忆，而这完整的回忆就是靠这些点点滴滴累积而成。作词者把人生美好的回忆用食谱的方式来描写，真是别树一格。
