旅游口语天天说 如何说明房间内设施出故障

第一句：The TV is out of order.

电视机出故障了。

A: Did you call for help?

是你打电话求助吗？

B: Yes, the TV is out of order in my room.

是的，我房间的电视机出故障了。

A: We'll send an engineer to check it for you soon.

我们会马上派人去检修的。

第二句：There seems to be something wrong with the toilet.

我房间的抽水马桶好像出了点毛病。

A: What's the trouble?

出什么问题了？

B: There seems to be something wrong with the toilet.

我房间里的抽水马桶好像出了点毛病。

A: We'll send someone to repair it immediately.

我们马上派人去修的。

 

说明房内设施出故障的表达还有：

The light in my room doesn't work. 我房间的灯不亮了。

The sink in the bathroom is clogged¹. 卫生间的水槽堵了。

The toilet doesn't flush². 厕所冲不下去水了。

（使）阻碍( clog的过去式和过去分词 )； 淤滞
