 How would you like your eggs? 你要的蛋怎么烹饪？

I'd like scrambled¹ eggs. 我要炒鸡蛋。

Place two egg yolks in a bowl, add a teaspoon² of sugar and a pinch of salt, and beat the mixture until it is thick. 在碗中放两个蛋黄，加一茶匙糖、一撮盐，搅拌成黏稠的糊状。

Slice the turkey,add the chopped garlic and serve with the gravy³. 把火鸡切成片，加上蒜末，和肉汁一起上桌。
