Police say they have identified two people of interest in the Delaware State University shooting. Two students, one male and one female were injured in the attack. A federal law enforcement official says the male victim is refusing to answer questions about the incident, raising the likelihood that he knew the shooter.

An MIT student is facing charges of possessing a hoax¹ device and disturbing the peace. Star Simpson entered Logan International Airport in Boston with a computer circuit board and wires strapped² to her chest. The college sophomore³ says it wasn’t a bomb. It was art.
