Idaho Senator Larry Craig will have to wait as a judge considers his request to withdraw a guilty plea in an airport sex sting. The ruling will likely come after Craig’s deadline to resign his Senate seat at the end of this month.

Myanmar‘s junta¹ says security forces opened fire on demonstrators who did not disperse², killing³ one. Dissident groups say at least five people died including monks⁴. This is the government’s first acknowledgement force was used to suppress protests.
