A former Montana high school teacher is out of prison after serving a 30-day sentence for the rape² of a 14-year-old girl. The judge who sentenced Stacey Rambold drew outrage³ for comments that he made that appeared to pin some of the blame on the victim who had killed herself before Rambold went to trial.

And displaced elephants now have a new place to call home at the newly opened National Elephant Center in Fellsmere, Florida. 4 African elephants from Disney's Animal Kindom have taken up temporary residence in the unique 200-acre facility.
