A heavily guarded train and motorcade are raising speculation¹ in Beijing that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un may be visiting. Past visits by North Korea's previous leaders were kept secret until that leader had left China to return home.

The US and other western countries have expelled more than 130 Russian diplomats². It's a show of solidarity³ with Britain after a former Russian spy was attacked with a nerve agent there.

Several dozen students are marching across a 50-mile stretch of Winsconsin, to call for stricter gun control laws. They plan to rally Wednesday in Janesville, House Speaker Paul Ryan's hometown.

And all-pro defensive⁴ end Michael Bennett of the Philadelphia Eagles appeared in a Houston court Monday. He is accused of pushing his way through stadium security workers after 2017 Super Bowl, injuring a 66-year-old paraplegic woman.
