President Joe Biden is announcing that all adults in the country will be eligible¹ to be vaccinated² by April 19-two weeks earlier than previously³ announced. More than 28 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines⁴ will be delivered to states this week.

The International Monetary⁷ Fund forecasted on Tuesday that COVID-19 vaccines and vast sums of government aid will accelerate economic growth to a record high this year. The group, comprised of 190 countries, says it expects the world economy to expand six percent this year.
