tear one’s heart out
解词释义】Tear的本义是“撕碎”，从字面上来看，该习语的意思是“将某人的心彻底撕碎”，意即“为之心碎”。要表示因为某人所做出某事让你伤心，可以在短语后面加上over这个介词，即：tear one’s heart out。
