抓住重点

Please stop beating around the bush and say what you want to say.
请别绕弯子，有什么直说。

④ Be up-front
直接摆上台面

Please be up-front with me.
意思是：请跟我直接一点吧。

I appreciate someone who is up-front with me and says exactly what's on his mind.
我欣赏跟我能直话直说的人，能准明确说出想法的人。

⑤ Be blunt
毫不遮掩/修饰

She's quite blunt with you if she doesn't like you.
如果她不喜欢你的话她会毫不遮掩地告诉你。
