 JR East, a Japan based rail company, has just released pictures of its upcoming luxury train. The company says the train will have services and amenities¹ that will rival the fanciest hotels. Five of the train’s 10 cars will have luxurious² passenger suites⁴. Two of the cars will be split into three suites apiece and the sixth car will be divided into two deluxe⁵ suites. The deluxe suite³ is a split-level compartment⁶ with a living room, a bedroom with two beds, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The train will also boast an upscale dining car and lounge.
