30. physical exercise

 

Personally, I would like to say that I think that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day, and there are a couple of reasons to name. The first reason I wanna say is physical exercise, such as basketball and tennis, can help us improve the health condition and prepare ourselves for the physical challenge¹ in the future. The second reason is physical exercise usually requires us to play in a group, thus we can learn cooperation and improve our interpersonal and communication skills, which are very important in our future career. So that’s why the physical exercise is so important to me.
