 January 9th, 1913President Richard Nixon is born in Yorba Linda, California. Nixon oversaw¹ Cold War day time for the Soviet² Union and China while winding³ down the Vietnam War. But he became the only president to ever resign facing likely impeachment⁴ over the Watergate scandal. 1972,Reclusive billionaire Howard Hughes, speaking by phone from the Bahamas to reporters in Hollywood, says a purported⁵ biography of him is a fake.

1968,"Surveyor Seven", American’s last unmanned probe the moon lands on the lunar surface. The following year Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin make history is the first humans to set foot on the moon.

And 2006,“The Phantom⁶ of the Opera is there, inside my mind.” In New York, “The Phantom of the Opera”leaps past“Cats” to become the longest-running show in Broadway history.
