He's reportedly hosting Michael Jackson in his 1700-room palace. The ruler of the United Arab Emirates has 19 billion dollars. His neighbor Sheik al Maktoum of Dubai controls about 14 billion. The only European to make the top 5 - Prince Hans-Adam II of Liechtenstein controls a 4-billion-dollar fortune.
