Firing an Employee解雇员工

HR Manager: Thank you for your hard efforts on behalf of the company. Unfortunately, due to dudget constraints¹, your position is being made redundant².

Employee: Is there a severance³ package?

HR Manager: Yes, we offer three months severance.

Employee: How will this be paid out?

HR Manager: We will pay this out to you with your final paycheck, which will be issued on your last day of employment.

Employee: Thank you for your assistance during my tenure⁴.
