 Bow-wow 汪汪

Bow-wow says the dog, 小狗狗汪汪汪，

Mew, mew says the cat, 小猫咪喵喵喵，

Grunt¹, grunt goes the hog², 小猪仔哼哼哼，

And squeak³ goes the rat. 小老鼠叽叽叽，

Whoo-oo says the owl⁴, 猫头鹰嗷嗷叫，

Caw, caw says the cow, 小鸟鸦呱呱呱，

Quack⁵, quack says the duck, 小鸭子嘎嘎嘎，

And what cuckoos say, you know. 要问杜鹃儿怎么叫，我想你知道。

1 grunt   

v.嘟哝；作呼噜声；n.呼噜声，嘟哝

参考例句：

• He lifted the heavy suitcase with a grunt.他咕噜着把沉重的提箱拎了起来。
• I ask him what he think,but he just grunt.我问他在想什麽，他只哼了一声。

2 hog   

n.猪；馋嘴贪吃的人；vt.把…占为己有，独占

参考例句：

3 squeak

4 owl
