　　A seed becomes a plant. 种子长成植物。

　　You sow¹ seeds in the ground and they become plants. 你在土地里播种，它们就会长成植物。

　　The young plant grows up to be an adult plant, then it has fruit and flowers. 幼苗长大后会开花结果。

　　These fruit or flowers make more seeds. 这些花或果实会产生更多的种子。

　　What kinds of fruits contain seeds? 哪种水果包含种子呢？

　　Apples, pears, watermelons and peaches are good examples. 苹果、梨、西瓜和桃子都有种子。

　　People can eat some seeds too. 人们也可以吃种子。

　　Sun flower seeds and pumpkin² seeds are delicious snack for people. 太阳花种子和南瓜子都是人们的美味小吃。
