　　从你的简历来看，你曾经长期待在一家公司，但没有得到多少晋升或加薪，能否请你说明一下情况？

　　I work for a small company and I have gone as far as I possibly can there.

　　我在一家小公司工作。在那里，我已经做到了我能做的最高职位。

　　My employer cannot offer me a higher or pay.

　　It seemed time for me to join a larger company that can provide me with greater challenges.
