When You Are Feeling Blue
Depression can make you feel exhausted1, worthless, helpless, and hopeless. But it is important to realize that these negative feelings are part of the depression and typically do not accurately2 reflect actual circumstances. Negative thinking fades as treatment begins to take effect.
