The United Nation's envoy¹ to Libya has just announced that warring factions² have reached an agreement to form a national unity³ government,the deal was announced by the UN envoy Bernardino Leno at a news conference in Skhirat, Morocco. "After a year of work in this process, after working with more than 150 Libyan personalities⁴ from all the regions, finally, the moment has come, in which we can propose a national unity government.
