In today's programme we're thinking about special journeys or pilgrimages: who goes on them, where they go to and why. In the first part of a 2-part story, set in medieval times, we hear about a young apprentice¹ called Cederic who leaves his job to join a band of pilgrims on a journey to Walsingham. The story will be concluded in next week's programme, when we find out how he benefited from the experience. 'Together' is a collective worship series intended primarily for school children aged² 7-11.
