It's a big day for the governor of the Bank of England: Mark Carney presents his inflation report this morning - an assessment² of the British economy. What will he say and what does it mean for all of us? As the energy secretary Ed Davey tells the energy companies they need to work hard to regain³ the public's trust, one of the "big six" is accused of holding the government to ransom⁴ over green levies⁵. And is a scheme called equity⁶ release really a good way to get the money tied up in your home or an invitation to disaster? We ask a debt advice charity what they think.
