Lloyds and RBS face á89m in fines

Two banks, 24 hours and millions of pounds of fines. Lloyds and RBS have apologised - after being fined a total of á89m. One for breaching¹ US sanctions and the other for overly pressurising sales staff. There's a warning that rent arrears² have become the fastest growing debt problem in the UK. National Debtline says it has experienced a sharp increase in calls for help.
