Ryanair's new image taking flight

It has long been criticised for poor customer service and for a slew¹ of hidden charges that bump up flight prices, but Ryanair is taking steps to improve its image. The company's new marketing² boss is live with us in the studio. Bailiffs will be banned from entering homes at night and from using physical force against debtors³, under new laws coming into force on Sunday. And the chief executive of Mozilla, who had been heavily criticised for supporting a ban on same-sex marriage, has stepped down.
