Business Matters: US under fire over 'Cuban Twitter'

The White House denies a US-funded free social network for Cuban citizens was an attempt to undermine the government of Fidel Castro. Former senior CIA officer and author of the controversial book, Imperial Hubris¹, Michael Scheuer, gives us his thoughts on what's being dubbed² the Cuban Twitter.
