Pension rules to be scrapped² next April - once you reach 55 you'll be able to spend your pension fund as fast or as slowly as you like. But will this freedom leave people better or worse off? From July up to ￡15,000 a year can go into a tax-free ISA and for the first time no discrimination between cash and investments.
