A row has erupted between several European leaders over who should be president of the European Commission - we ask why it matters for Europe's economy. It's a year since the whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed the scale of US cyber monitoring. We assess what effect it's had on confidence in US technology, as potential customers are wary² of the risk of their data being monitored.
