NATO Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, is claiming that Russia is infiltrating¹ environmental groups in Europe to bolster² the campaign against fracking for natural gas. We ask whether there's real evidence that the Kremlin is using Cold War tactics to keep Europe reliant on its energy exports.
