Luxembourg faces new allegations it offered tax breaks for more than 300 global companies, with EU leaders promising¹ to investigate. We speak to Nicholas Shaxson, tax campaigner and author of Treasure Islands - a book on tax havens² - about what can be done to prevent such deals. As oil prices continue to fall we hear how it's hurting Venezuela's oil-reliant economy, and we talk to the Secretary-General of OPEC about why prices are falling so low and whether it plans to take action to stabilise them.
