Foreign workers in South Africa fear for their safety as anti-immigrant attacks increase. Shops and cars have been burned in Johannesburg, and police have fired rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse¹ violent crowds. We hear from our correspondent in Johannesburg. The Argentine government begins legal action against British oil companies operating in the disputed Falklands. A diplomatic expert tells us the prospect² of lucrative³ oil resources in the waters surrounding the islands has sparked Argentina into action over their sovereignty.
