Chancellor² George Osborne is expected to announce a review of the Bank Levy³ later... just a day after HSBC threatened to move its headquarters out of the UK - at least partly because of the burden of taxes and regulation. Mr Osborne will speak alongside Governor of the Bank of England Mark Carney at the annual event at Mansion⁴ House, the grand official residence of the Lord Mayor of London. Also are pension providers charging too much and the car which can avoid potholes⁵.
