    The pair have traded insults in recent weeks, with Michael branding Dina a “hypocrite” and Lindsay’s mother claiming her ex-husband has “lost his mind." She has also accused him of selling stories about Lindsay.
    Michael has been banned from visiting Lindsay while she is in rehab by Dina with her daughter’s consent.
