　　1 Relax and modify the angle

　　When you are tense your whole body posture¹ tends to change.Check your posture and try turning your body three quarters towards the camera so that your body will not be pointed² directly towards the camera.

　　如果紧张的话整个身体姿势就会变形。检查好姿势，尽量保持身体的四分之三对着镜头，而不要把整个的身体直接面对镜头。

　　2 Choose the best clothes, makeup³ and hairstyle

　　选择最好看的衣服，化化妆，弄个好看的发型。
